How we research
- We start from reputable, up-to-date sources — dermatologists, licensed nail technicians and estheticians, peer-reviewed guidance, and manufacturer instructions.
- We prioritise current best practice over trends, and we clearly separate what is proven from what is anecdotal.
- Where a claim is uncertain or evidence is mixed, we say so plainly rather than overstating results.
First-hand experience and testing
Where an article describes testing a product, tool, or technique, that reflects genuine first-hand experience. We never fabricate experience, invent credentials, or claim professional qualifications we do not hold.
